In line with the Gautrain SLA agreement, our performance regarding preventative and corrective maintenance has never dipped under 96%. Our preventative Maintenance is ALWAYS 100%. The Corrective Maintenance is reliant on availability of Spares to enable our technical teams to do the repairs. We respond within 24 hours once request has been logged onto our system for scheduling of our technical team’s call out by the Operation Manager.
Preventative Maintenance is Planned annually and then implemented monthly.
Once the service is completed, Air Goes gives an Asset List with the signed Service Record, called the Job Sheet.
